Ramon is a freelance senior editor based in Melbourne (Naarm).

Over 12 years in the industry, he has cut commercial work for iconic brands including Monash, Qantas, Weet-Bix, Medibank and Mastercard, while building a reputation for impactful documentarires, enlisting his complimentary skills as a screenwriter.

Ramon’s short DANCES (2018) earned QueerScreen’s Emerging Queer Filmmaker Award, followed by a nomination for Best Feature Editing at DocEdge for CAMINO SKIES (2019), and his second feature, cult-expose GLORIAVALE (2022). Recent shorts FROZEN WATERS (2024) and First Nations-led MOORT (2026) and GANIBARRA (2026) dealt with climate, environmental and cultural justice, themes he’s currently exploring as a writer, editor and co-producer on international feature docs THE MIDDLE TREASURE (Mongolia) and ECHOES OF THE MARSH (Iraq/EU) alongside director-DP Tilmann Stewart.

Lest things get bleak: THE WITCHY GIRLS (2026) is Ramon’s debut as a comedy editor, a star-studded and impossibly camp online series created by drag-geniuses Lazy Susan (Drag Race Down Under S4) and Zelda Moon. WATCH IT HERE!
